3.  Light-well Gallery:
a. The School of Art & Art History has invited F-Stop to prepare and install an exhibition for the Lightwell Gallery in November. Curtis, who is responsible for the gallery this year, said we can begin to stall on November 18th, Friday (pending the previous show is finished de-installing) and we can work as needed. The show must be up and ready for an opening by the Monday following Thanksgiving, November 28th.
b. THEME: Members provided possible themes to help guide the direction of pieces to be exhibited so members can begin working on their contributions. Of titles provided, New Beginnings was selected upon vote with agreement that New Beginnings is currently the working title. We will adjust the title something a little more “creative” once the show starts going to print.
c. GALLERY COMMITTEE: So that members can properly prepare and discuss the gallery without the need of a formal business Society meeting. A committee was formed. The members who agreed to participate on said committee have also agreed to product a contribution for the show and be among those responsibilities are delegated to. (i.e. Overseeing Installation/De-install, Reception Food, Title Cards, and P.R.) The Officer team will conduct an officers’ meeting next week to set down the general direction of the committee. As stated in the bylaws, the Presiding Officer shall also designate a committee chairperson.
                      i.   Those who signed up for the committee are as follows: Ryan H., Kristen B., Rick S., Molly Y., Karin C., Tania K., Sam G., Katie S., Teeko Y., Tyson M., and Kat S.
d. As previously stated, effective immediately, members are encouraged to begin working on the pieces that they will contribute. F-Stop will coordinate “critique” or “peer workshops” periodically to help provide feedback and technical learning opportunities should the need/want arise.
e. Officer Meeting: Tuesday, October 4th at 4:30 PM on Red Couches in the Basement.

After each challenge is provided, members will need to email their strongest photo to F-Stop at least five (5) days before the next business meeting.
